WFDT is an ancient traditional Chinese do it yourself hand massage system. It evolved from the Wuchu Muscle Detox Technique, Facial Acupuncture Points and Meridian Lines massage techniques with its origin to the Shao Lin monastery dating back to 525AD.
What is the essence of WFDT?
WFDT detoxes the facial muscles and skin by breaking down toxins accumulated in the facial muscles and skin.

What is the different between WFDT compared to other facial exercise routines?
The main difference is the hand massage system. WFDT massage is called Deep Heat Vibration. Deep means applying deep tissue massage to break down toxins embedded in the facial muscles. Heat is the result of friction (rubbing skin against each other) during the massage. It breaks down toxins in the facial skin and muscles. Vibration gives the facial skin and muscles a workout.
How do you achieve Vibration?
By increasing the speed of the repetitive stroke when practicing WFDT (forward and backward motion is counted as 1 stroke).
How many speed levels does WFDT have?
WFDT has 3 levels.
Level 1 – Beginners: 30 strokes per 15 seconds.
Level 2 – Intermediate: 30 strokes per 10 seconds.
Level 3 – Master: 30 strokes per 5 seconds.
How much pressure do I need to apply during WFDT?
Each level has it own required pressure.
Level 1: No pressure applied, use the weight of your hands.
Level 2: Press gently.
Level 3: Use double hand, press gently.
Do I get muscle strain from practicing WFDT?
Only if you don’t ensure to keep your shoulders and neck relaxed at all times.
Can The WFDT damage the skin?
You are rubbing your own skin against itself. It will not cause any reaction.
Will WFDT make my face thinner?
You will lose fat but gain muscle.
Will WFDT stretch the skin and cause it to sag?
It does the opposite. WFDT will tighten the skin.
What is the side effect of WFDT?
Skin burn if you over do WFDT.
Can I use oil or lotion for WFDT?
Oil and lotion will block the skin pores and may cause infection.
Do I have to apply special moisturiser after completing WFDT routine?

How often do I have to practice WFDT?
Twice daily. In the morning when you wake up and in the evening before you go to sleep. Practice for 2 consecutive days followed by 1 day of rest.
How long will WFDT take?
10 to 15 minutes for beginners. 5 minutes for intermediate. 3 minutes once you master the technique.
How long before I will see results?
Within 3 weeks you will start noticing changes to your face. Within 3 months your friends will notice the changes. Taking a before and after photo is a must.
